About the role
You’ll be working on site with our builders, foremen and project managers, learning all aspects of the trade and building a strong foundation for your career.
We’re not just looking for someone to fill a spot - we want someone who’s keen to learn, puts in the effort and takes pride in their work from day one.
What you’ll be doing
- Assisting builders across all stages of construction
- Learning carpentry skills on a variety of projects
- Helping keep sites clean, organised and running smoothly
- Supporting the wider team wherever needed
- Developing good habits around quality, safety and workmanship
What we’re looking for
- Genuine interest in building and construction
- Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn
- Good attitude - shows up, gets stuck in and listens
- Takes pride in doing things properly
- Physically fit and able to handle site work
- Driver’s licence (or working towards one) is a bonus

The Role
You’ll be working across a range of residential and commercial projects, alongside a strong team of builders, foremen and project managers. Our work is varied, detailed and keeps things interesting from project to project.
This role is for someone who enjoys being on the tools but also takes ownership of their work and contributes to the overall success of the site.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering high-quality carpentry across all stages of the build
- Working closely with foremen and project managers to keep projects running smoothly
- Coordinating with apprentices and contributing to a positive team environment
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe worksite
- Upholding the level of finish and attention to detail MOORE is known for
