MOORE is a locally owned construction and engineering company delivering considered, well-executed residential and commercial projects throughout the Nelson/Tasman region.  We are seeking an experienced Foreman/Site Manager to lead the on-site delivery of projects where quality, organisation and attention to detail are critical.

You’ll be trusted to manage your sites professionally and methodically, with a strong focus on quality, planning and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations from establishment through to completion

• Supervise, mentor and coordinate builders and apprentices

• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail

• Plan and sequence work, materials and labour effectively

• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress against programme

• Ensure health & safety systems and site compliance are upheld

• Communicate clearly with project managers and the wider team

• Maintain tidy, well-run, professional sites
